I find this highly interesting. I was on the bbc news website and i found an article about the test cases being held at the high court in manchester this week.
The test cases concern how financial institutions including debt collection agencies chase people for outstanding debts relating to credit cards and loans.
They were talking about if a financial institution including debt collection agencies cannot supply the original credit agreement that the person involved signed to take out the credit with the original creditor then that person can argue that it is not their debt.
I wonder if martin knows about this.

Reading further on it states that one bank has destroyed all its old credit card and loan agreements as a matter of policy although they refuse to name the bank concerned.0

Is this another 'test case' to allow the financial institutions to get things back on their side by having the judge rule in their favour?
Sounds like another loophole is about to be closed. Can't have the masses getting out of their life long debt disguised slavery. :rolleyes:0 -
Well since the test case on the banks. Get the 'enforcable' contracts in now lol0
