Which exterior paint on pebble-dash?

Is there a good way to clean up the render between the pebbles?
Because the front of my new house is pebble dashed from half way up. It's very dirty looking, but the rest of the houses on the terrace are the same but don't look so bad, none of them are painted.
I would imagine using a pressure washer would be a bad idea?
Thought about just using a scrubbing brush with some sort of cleaner, but it's pretty black looking in places.

Do you really need to do it? Nasty time consuming job and once you have done it it has to be redone regularly to keep it looking good.0

I would strongly recomend powerwashing first0

True but it does look better than surrounding stained pebbledashed houses. And only needs doing around once every five years or so - if you do a good job in the first place.Where now?0
