Caneloni went down an abosolue treat! Will definitely make that one again! Hubbie got a work meal tonight (all paid for) so going to have beans on toast with the kids (their favourite so I'll have no complaints!)
I will will will make this crumble today too while boys at nursery....it's going to have to be bloomin' good after all this build up!
1st - carbonara (just found a jar in back of cupboard)
2nd Lasagne (with added lentils)
3rd chicken and rice
4th jacket spuds with smartprice beans
5th defrost a curry
6th lasagne
7th omlette
8th chicken dinner
9th casserole in giant yorkshire
10th canelloni
11th Beans on toast
12th shepherds pie (make 2 and freeze 1)
13th veggie sausages and mash
14th Beans on toast (gotta crop up somewhere)!!
15th chicken curry with 4p sauce
16th veggie burgers
17th pasta with cheese and tomatoe sauce
18th shepherds pie from 12th
19th risotto
20th Homemade soup
21th Chilli
22th Egg and chips chicken casserole
23th Shezza's sauce and pasta (I'll always call it that now!)
24th - Go to take away in middle of night when OH's salary goes in!!0 -

I've printed off your menu plan and given it to a lass I work with, she says she can't cook, so another friend and I are giving her lessons, and she's all ready and enthusiastic to follow your menu and learn how to make everything!GC Oct £387.69/£400, GC Nov £312.58/£400, GC Dec £111.87/£4000 -

No hubbie hasnt noticed. He thought the bol was a bit "funny" but I just said I'd added lentils to make it more healthy!0 -
Hiya yes I'm keeping all my receipts gone just over £21.53 and I'm defo going to need to buy some more milk. Went to sainsburys and somerfield with my free milk coupon and they didnt stock it. never mind!0

Can I just add what a great thread this is turning out to be. I think it will provide some valuable ideas and information for those who are facing a very tough time financially and it is very uplifting to see what can be achieved.
