Hi I'm filling in an AQ (N149) & would like some help with regard to A: 'settlement' question. "Would you like to use the free small claims mediation service provided by Her Majesty's Courts Service. to help settle your claim with the other party?" What do I answer for that one??

It does exactly what it says on the tin.
I usually say yes to this as it suggests that you still willing and open to mediation in order to settle without the need to waste the courts / DJ time. (always a bonus). Also, its free and totally impartial and the OP may wish to settle at this point once they know you are at this point.
Doesnt hurt at all. Good luck,If you see a penny, pick it up, all day long you'll have good luck !!!!!!
