samsung phone from argos

I purchased a samsung phone from argos on the 31/03/2009 and the screen has gone funnt,does anyone know what i can do with it how long do argos guarantee the goods,i have the receipt or will they say i will have to send it to the maker im thinking that it probably got a 12 month guarantee and would have thought the shop has to honour that.

    the guarantee is a manufacturer one, they usually do take in the phone but merely send it on to the manufacturer anyways, so your better off going direct.
    Back by no demand whatsoever.

    Argos use a repair agent for mobile phones - Regenersis.

    The store can either send it off for you to our agent or you could send it to Samsung.
