Final Value Fee Credit

I've been through the non-paying bidder process and the payment details are now stating that I'm eligible for a final value fee credit. When I click on the link I get a red message saying "1 final value fee credit could not be filed".
Any ideas?

Glitch in EBay system...leave it for 24 hours and try again. If no joy then e-mail them. There are plenty glitches on the EBay system just now!0
