Does anyone have any good resources on how to run a share of freehold?
Own a flat in a victorian house with 3 other flats, which is share of freehold. Apart from joint buildings insurance, what other responsibilities do we share - obviously running repairs - should we set up a joint account and have funds on reserve.
any info greatly appreciated!:money:

Run a search, this sort of question has come up before: also read this site inside and out:

Your shared responsibilities will be set out in your long lease so you should familiarise yourself with that too.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
