Just wanted to revive this thread as someone mentioned semolina on the GC thread and I remembered I have a pack in the cupboard too. Any more recipes would be great.June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

when I was going through chemo a three years ago I used to make semolina pudding asit was quite light and easily digestible .and because it had eggs and milk and sugar in it I never felt very hungry and could eat it when perhaps other food wasn't very appetising I also used to make it for my children if they were feeling poorly as its very light but sustaining for an invalid0
