Phone up Customer services, it may be that you didn't tick the right boxes when you applied for your card. This was in one of their mags but my Mum phoned and still hasn't had a mailing. I think they are quite hhit and miss with what they send out.

You can also try updating your details at the ACM.... attack them from both sides!

Can't be sure, but I think someone reported, that the till let you have it free, so it depends on SA.
