can items i have ordered from .com be taken back to local store for an exchange? would I need to take delivery note? also i brought some no.7 face wipes on the 3 for 2 but they have upset my skin could the others go back? not sure how they would see it only returning two
thanks!
You can only try. It's definitely OK to return stuff to the store, when you've bought it online, but I don't know about taking only two of a 3for2 back. Although, Boots do seem pretty lax about stuff like that. It will probably be OK.

As you have a genuine complaint about the product I can't imagine that they would be difficult. Just follow the usual MSE guidelines.... be calm and polite and be clear about the problem and inconvenience you have had.
I returned some of the new Aquafresh toothpaste the other day after buying two lots of two thinking it was BOGOF (after misreading the POS). The assistant refunded the money and then said I could keep the extra two for my inconvenience........ !! I hadn't gone in with the intention of asking for R&R as it had been my mistake and I was going to claim the money back for two tubes (two addresses) as it was.
Oh happy days.............0 -
mrs_s wrote:Hi, couple of questions if someone can help.
As we all know boots are doing triple points this weekend and I want to order some Pampers Active Fit as they also have an offer for 200 extra points on those. However the size I want is out of stock, does anyone know if it is likely they will be back in stock by the time triple points stops?
Also do you get a No 7 voucher with online orders?
TIA
Hannah
Hi thanks for the replies on this. I called them this morning and they said they wouldn't have them back in stock until Friday so I would miss the triple points offer. She did say it was *more* than likely there would be another triple points offer soon. Also she said the 200 points on £20 spend on pampers should go on for another month.
I am not in a desperate rush for the nappies so I think I will hang on until the next triple points event, surely going on last year there will be another one within a month?!

oh no! Boots in Staines has introduced a single queuing system which means I no longer get to choose the SA I want. I don't like it.0

Apologies if this has already been asked, but can you use 2 of the No7/Ruby & Millie vouchers in one transaction? I want to buy some foundation and powder, and I wondered if I can use them along with the 3-for-2 offer, and also the triple points, to get the most for my money!2015 comp wins - £370.25
Recent wins: gym class, baby stuff
Thanks to everyone who posts freebies and comps! :j0 -
Just a quick question - I bought some stuff last week and, after someone mentioned on here about being able to check pending points online, I checked, but it only shows 190 points pending - the last lot should be more than 1900 - it's been more than 24 hours since I bought and then received a despatched e-mail from them ... is this normal or should I worry?0

Sadly not. You can only use one per transaction.0
