I have in the past been able to keep the points, but the last few times I have had to return something they have taken the points off....even if it was about 20, but fair
Also in the mailings I had 150 points for a no7 mascara (£9.50), from the machine 200 points off a no7 new mousse foundation (£10), currently on 342 so had a lip gloss too (£8)..used the £5 voucher so had 350 points added and £14.50 to pay for £27.50 goods plus got another make up voucher back. hth£900 towards next holiday...ta very much Mr T x0 -

shrewdal wrote:Hi I noticed on Boots.com an offer of 1000 points on the purchase of 2 EA products. Does anyone know if this is in store also. It's just that Boots Sauchiehall St Glasgow are having a xmas evening on the 26th October and they are offering 1000 points on a £50 spend, I was just wondering if I could combine a few things while accumulating my £50 shop therefore earning myself more points as I have some vouchers also from the georgeous booklet, like 700 points if I spend more than £14 on time delay(they were on a 342 this week) Also the double points voucher I have can be used in conjunction with the time delay voucher. I am so confused with all the offers I am getting from Boots just now. I have to admit I haven't bought too much lately as there have been very few glitches, and I don't know if that is why I am getting quite a few vouchers from them. Thanks for reply to my question anyone Shrewdal
This also works in store. I managed to get the points when I was returning some items on exchange. I didn't want to pay extra then needed to get the ponts, so I worked out online what was the cheapest item that I needed so I've got an eyepencil and tonner... 1000 points on the card and 3 quid to pay. Great. HTH.0 -

has anyone here ever been able to return cosmetics to a boots store? I bought loreal infallible yesterday with concealer stick and expected to pay with my points but the SA told me as my receipt to bump my points up was for a recalled item it wasnt validated and so i didnt have enough points, ended up just paying for the damn stuff but turns out my sis actually bought herself foundation and concealer so ive completely no need for the stuff, its all totally sealed but i phoned boots and they said no way will they take it back nor will they let me even swap it for stuff that would match my own skin tone. thought they might honour the returns policy that they have on boots.com but they are two totally separate companies supposedly.I LOVE MSE! :money:0

Today I nipped into Boots, and they had two freebies today!
Some vitamin sort of things (can't remember their name!!) free when you bought cold remedies
And a free "Sanctuary" body souffle - no purchase necessary! It's just typical that neither of the products was available in my local store!!!Needing all the money I can for university!!0 -
On the advantage card machine I printed off a voucher for £2 off botanics 5 minute mask, and I also have one of the free vouchers for this product left over from the pregnancy club. Does anyone know that, if I used both together and buy some other stuff, will £2 come off the total for the other stuff? If you see what I mean...?0

I have just been to Boots - popped my card in the machine hoping to get the 100 points for hair colour. I was given 4 offers!! 50p off 17 lipgloss, £1 off 17lipgloss, triple points on nappies and spray tan!! I have never seen such a poor offering from Boots. In fact it was so poor I decided not to buy anything. Has anyone any idea why my offers were so poor? Is it just me or have others had the same?
PS will have to stay in tonight cos my roots are soooo bad lol :rotfl::rotfl:0
