Indeed you can, it says (or at least it used to - I suppose it may have changed, I havent bought any recently, still have mountains left from freebies / change one thing voucher glitch ) on the boxes/bottles that if you are unsatisfied with the product you can return for a full refund..so the SA's haven't got a leg to stand on when they quote the usual.. 'we don;t take returns on skincare' blurb

and you should complain about the lack of Adcard deals for mens products, they may give you some extra points to keep you happy

The 'Clearance Outlet Store' is at Beckton Triangle next to the Next Clearance Outlet and close to Argos, DFS, Currys, PC World, Sainsburys Savacentre et al.

They still give advantage points and have lots of cheapy gift sets and random uselful stuff / tat (delete as applicable)

theres been a lot of mention on these boards on how to take items back, please lets stop mentioning this as we dont want the big boys in on how we shop, cuz the SA are already reallllllly fishy about exchanges etc, even though it is allowed, we dont want any more rule changes do we :rolleyes:
