No - it specified brands... Calvin Kline, Emporio Armani, Davidoff, Hugo, Yves Saint Laurent or Ralph Lauren...

Got sent a voucher for a free Always + 1/2 price one from Boots. While I was in Asda used these vouchers also the Thermacare ones for £2 and £1 which are in the free pack with painkillers.The SA in my Asda in Elgin said she couldn't understand why so many people just thro away vouchers they should be getting money off their shopping. So 35p on paracetomols in Boots £3 off in Asda.

How do they scan the boots vouchers? They aren't barcoded like normal coupons.

The Thermacare ones do have a barcode and the Always ones she scanned the product then refunded it for free then looked at the price and refunded half that price. The Boots only ones I didn't use they are just for Boots products. K

Sorry - im confused on teh vouchers. Asda will just give you £3 off your shopping? Even if you dont buy the thermacare products?

Another question I'm dying to know the answer to (as I spent the first £5 voucher on fragrance and they gave me another) is are the vouchers accepted for shower gels and deodorants (i.e. the cheaper stuff)?

Yes Asda or tesco will give you money off your shopping with vouchers as long as they stock the product

But these vouchers are not manufacturer's vouchers (i.e. ASDA would not be able to get the £5 with the voucher as Boots themselves give the discount.) I could be wrong but I have a feeling ASDA would not accept the vouchers.

I just checked out the price of the 'Thermacare' packs that are free with the 16p paracetamols.........................wow, it looks like they retail at Boots for £5.99???
Can that be right?
I only looked because of the £2 off voucher, so wondered how much they actually were.
Off to buy some more pills tomorrow then.........
