Accidentally Bought Webhosting - They are ignoring me now

Hi,
I have a couple of websites which are hosted through a company called streamline.net, up until now they have been ok.
My account with them is called a bulk account, for a couple of hundred pounds a year I get up to 10 websites with them. The other day I went in to put a new website on my bulk account which is free to do and I managed to select power user instead of bulk user from the drop down list, without warning or any confirmation this mistake cost me £120 even though a bulk user is a better package than the power user and has everything it has plus more. I never even got asked to confirm if this is what I wanted, I never got asked for the CV2 number on my card they have my card stored on their systems, I didn't think it was legal to store the CV2.
Immediately I contacted their support and asked them to cancel this as it had been a mistake, they faffed around a bit but eventually got a response asking if I would like to cancel this, I responded yes almost immediately. This was on the 23rd Nov at about 3pm. 7 days and another couple of support logs and they have still to cancel this, the money has already come out of my account (its a Meastro card), they have also stopped responding to my messages, the last message I have from them is asking me do I want to cancel this.
Does anybody know where do I stand with this?

If its consumer you have a 14 day cooling off period, if its business to business you don't
Maybe check with your card issuer & see if they can help? Otherwise some other wise one will be along soon i'd imagine...0 -
The account is a personal account, one of the sites is a console game site with links to where you can buy the games. All the others are my own personal sites.
I tried phoning them at the weekend and got through a guy who was pretty much reading from a sheet. He says they will look at your request and they will decide wether you can have your money back or not. They never bothered getting back to me.0
