I'm not sure we need to listen religiously for this one, from the T's and C's http://games.musicradio.com/games/microsites/waitrose_preview/tc_christmas.html it seems like they'll contact you if you win to go on air so it's not like the Kiss FM one where you have to listen and ring in. Just make sure your phone is on from 3-4pm.

i managed to listen to this so dont know why kiss doesnt work now

never heard anyone go on air so i'm puzzled
