Ooooh I'm so mad!! :mad:
Been a sky tv customer for ages & added broadband not long after it came out (2yrs or summat)

They sent me a letter as a BB customer offering me sky talk + 3 months free line rental

Rang up today to go ahead with it and the person on the end of the phone totally refused to accept the free line rental deal - said it was only for new BB customers also

I'm just about to scan my letter and email it to them & complain

Does anyone else have any experience of this??
