Bristol & West Confusing Share Dealing Letter

As a small shareholder in Bristol & West, I today received a letter from Capita Registrars enclosing a Share Dealing Form and a Crest certificate. The impression given is that you are required to sell your shares and only in the final paragraph of the share dealing form does it state that "this is not a recommendation to sell your shares". The letter is not as clear as it might be and I mention it for the benefit of anyone else who might be confused by this correspondence.

Hi, I found it confusing as well and wondered if I had missed out on an early letter notifying us of this?0
