Savings Account or ISA..????

Hi,
I've got a wedding to save for, so am looking to open some kind of savings account. I bank with lloydstsb and have noticed that they offer a Monthly saver account @ 8% for 2 years (ideal time span) with instant access & a Mini ISA @ 4.65%. I am a high tax payer and wondered which account would earn me more. I am looking to pay in around £250/£300 month. Any thoughts would be appreciated,
Thanks

There are far better products out there than the Lloyds TSB offerings (typically offering 10% & 5%)
As a higer rate tax payer you only get 60% of the interest in the non-isa route so the monthly saver is slightly better.0
