It's £11.25 with DD discount and online billing. Add £4 a month if you don't use those.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
  • Don't you have to make 10 chargable calls a month through BT or Caller ID and other services need to be paid for?
  • Since 6th june i have been paying £18 a month..because of arrears

The arrears cleared 5th August 2009

5th febuary i have to call back for a £20.61 refund (as i have over paid)

my line rental is now £11.25 , although BT say the minimum they can take out monthly is £12.00 so every quarter i will get (refund of £2.25)

but i must call them in order to get these refunds?

    this company is just ridiculous!

Hi blaque*angel, you would have been advised of the increase in your last BT bill. If you wish for me to look into this for you further please email your BT details, query and Username to btcare@bt.com and I'll be more than happy to assist you in any way I can.
