OH signed up to Blockbusters free trial and silly him didn't cancel in time so we kept it for one month, then requested a cancellation for this month using there online facility. Given them plenty of notice yet he's woken up to an email this morning to say that they have taken money for this months subscription??

They advise to go to there help section to contact them?? No links to email or anything, just an 0845 number.

Logged on ti there website and it shows the cancellation as 'in progress'. So we have tried to put DVDs on the list but it wont let us as we are cancelling? So we are paying £14.99 for nothing!! Grrrr!

And this month I don't exactly have £14.99 to just through away!

presumably you don't have any dvd's left? If you do this will stop you cancelling untill they are returned.

TBH Blockbusters are normally quite helpful but use www.saynoto0870.co.uk for the number and call them that way.

Yes all dvds have been returned at least 10 days ago. There are no further dvds on the rental list either. Ive tried calling but its in the OH name, ive told him to phone from work on his lunch.
