    Now isn't there a temptation to buy the item and pay but obviously don't leave feedback then open a INR after 7 days? Or am I'm just being grumpy on a Monday! :rolleyes:

    Still they bid, I'm not sure who is the most stupid the seller or the buyers who bid despite the odd terms.
