Cancelled Card

Hi There

Looking for some advice from anyone please....! I had to cancel my visa debit card yesterday as someone (not me) had ordered a replacement card. The bank were great and have ordered me a new card and pin to be sent to me. However I had a refund of £470 put back on my card on Saturday and am now worried as to what will happen as this card is now cancelled - the bank said not to worry as this will go into your account and not back on the card but as the cards now cancelled and the refund was online back to this card I have got myself in a right old state!

Any advice, words of wisdom greatly received!!

    the refund should still go through transactions up untill the time you cancelled will be processes as thought the card handt been cancelled

    Ah great - I only cancelled the card yesterday at 8pm.....if not in tomorrow I will call the bank I think.
