Yes I understand. I am going to do my best. I do tend to get a bit frightend easily but I will stick with it. I had one of my creditors on the phone to me the other day - 1st Credit - and he reduced me to tears on the phone.

Anyway, I'am giving the bank charges claims a go, as they owe me a fair bit that could really help at the moment.

I received a cheque from natwest for £2250 last weekend .....they conveniently forgot about the interest and extra court costs, so I phoned them up to remind them today, lol!

Not bad considering they offered £1200 a few weeks ago.

However, as I was saying to someone in work today, it is a game of poker.....they will try and frighten you with all the legal wording etc and you have to remember that potentially your case could up in court. However, having said that I haven't heard of a case going to court.

Best to have a look at https://www.consumeractiongroup.com as this site is dedicated to helping people reclaim their bank charges.

I don't mean to put you off or frighten you not into not reclaiming ....I think its always better to be aware of the whole situation rather than take a blinkered view of things.
