I visited and placed an order for a suite, paying the deposit. Next day I got a voucher code (on this forum!) and phoned them, and they accepted it and re-did all the paperwork (ie showing deposit, monthly payments etc altered to reflect the £100 voucher code!)

Amazing. They could easily have said sorry miss you already signed on the dotted line....

I had good service from them too. When I called to tell them how good I thought they were the man in the warehouse was amazed. He said he usually only gets complaints. I think I made his day!

Settee and chairs, then a dining table and chairs ( one damaged , replaced swiftly )
then a small table and display cupboard , finally a very big /expensive bed .

Only bought one item from them (Metrocentre) and the experience was great. Great bed too!!

point is that even though they lost £100 that time it probably means that by having a good attitude that you will go back next time and spend a similar amount...so in the long run they gain

that is how a proper business should run!
