Evening all

Does anyone know how to go about getting a refund from BT online? Have spent the last hour going round in circles on their website to no avail.

Only way you can get a "refund" on line is to take a payment holiday on your monthly Direct Debits until the credit is reduced (Assuming you are on monthly payment plan).If you actually want the money refunded it has to be done over the phone. Good luck with Customer Services !!
