on behalf of my mother this one.
she asked for the tickets instead of receiving a full refund back in july. as you might have guessed she hasnt got the tickets yet. she was due to go to the opening night.
previously on watchdog ticketmaster were supposed to be issuing the special tickets in order of gig date. she has rung ticketmaster a number of times and previously the reason was they will be with you in two weeks. on friday she called again and they say they havent been printed yet and they is no date for delivery. this seems strange to us because he didnt die too far away from the day of the event and so her ticket should be ready to go.
has anyone else recevied their ticket and if so what date were you going to?
