Poor after sales service from Currys

We bought a new Neff oven from Comet in August but after installation discovered that the oven light was cracked. Despite immediately notifying Currys, and chasing thenm once when it turned out they had completely overlooked putting through the request for a replacement, we're still waiting for it. Is this par for the course with their after sales service? At this rate the warranty will have expired before we get it. (Sorry the supllier was Comet, not Curry's but I couldn't edit the title).

look on their site to make an official complaint, or maybe see if they are on twitter? nothing travels faster than bad (public) news..
re editing posts, clock on edit, then 'go advanced'..:beer:Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
