Hi,
I bought a laptop backpack from play.com 2 months ago.
Over these 2 months one of the should straps has started to fray and looks as if it will break if I continue to use it.
Here is said product
http://www.play.com/PC/PCs/4-/3363350/Trust-BG-4500P-15-4-Notebook-Backpack/Product.html?ptsl=1&ob=Price&fb=0
(It has a 2 year manufacturer guarantee)
I contacted play and they said that since 28 days have passed since I purchased it, I have to go to the manufacturer (Trust.com). But the manufacturer says I have to go through play.
Any ideas? Im just spinning around here...

Speak to Play again explaining what Trust said. I would normally suggest quoting SOGA as that would mean Play were responsible, but as they are based in Jersey different rules apply.0 -
Thanks,
I will give this a go.0
