Hi, I sold an item on the 2nd Nov. Buyer never received it so after lots of chasing around I refunded them on Thursday 26th. Filled out a claim form (to be sent off tomorrow Mon) and have just had a message form the buyer saying they have received this item. What do I do now? I have sent them a nice message saying great and I have resent the invoice so they can make payment. First question is can they repay after the original payment was refunded. If they can but don't then what? Can i open a not paid dispute? Just typical!

Thanks, Thats what I have done but was unsure whether this would work after already refunding. Trouble is if they don't pay then i'm stuck - would possibly get fees back but not the value of the item they now have. Although I'm thinking if that was their game then they wouldn't have said they'd received it. Fingers crossed.0
