I have been hearing a lot that Amex are refusing Balance Transfers on their cards, what I want to know is how many of you have been successfull in doing a Balance Transfer.

once i got it down to less than 95% of the original cards credit limit - anything higher than that and it is in the small print from amex - likely to be refused.0 -
Can you change the questions to include that you are transfering less than 90% of the balance please.0
