buyer has Zero feedback & unconfirmed address

Hi, an item of mine has just been sold on buy it now, the buyer has paid immediately with paypal, however they have zero feedback & an unconfirmed address although they have been a member since 1st June 2009. should i be concerned about sending the item? it is not of great value (£19.99) but weighs over 3kgs, i could just do without the hassle if it all goes wrong, although we all had to start somewhere!
i know no-one can say for sure if it will be ok but just wondered about the risks involved, i always get proof of posting, thanks x

You are not automatically covered by using tracking, you only get paypal seller protection if the address box on the paypal transaction shows 'OK to send'.

Check that paypal says you are eligible for seller protection. Click on details of the transaction and it will tell you. Confirmed or unconfirmed doesn't matter any more. If you send with proof of posting only RM will cover you for a loss up to £39 . You would lose any paypal claim but obviously still get refunded via RM. Recorded delivery will cover you for a paypal claim, but recorded delivery is just normal mail with a signature and has a high failure rate for getting this signature0

There is absolutely no point in using tracking unless you check it is OK to send.
