Barclaycard online problem

Hi. I used to have a Skycard that has changed to a Barclaycard and I cannot access the online service for it. When I go to the register/log on page, it will not accept my details to register/log on. I am just wondering if anyone has experienced this and knows how to solve it. I spoke to someone from barclaycard who had poor English and did not know what I was talking about. He gave new log on details, which is no use, because I still cannot enter them. Thanks

I've recently got a new Barclaycard in place of my Skycard too. Didn't have any problems registering account and accessing online. Only issue was that the online account stated I had no promotional offers in place, when I actually did.

Not sure what to suggest. Is the process throwing up an issue in particular or just doesn't recognise your account details generally?

Thanks for replying aliasojo. The issue is that I cant even type my details into the log on page . When i type the keys, they do not show up on the log on page.

I guess I'm lucky, the Gold replacement for my Skycard just appeared in the same online account as my Goldfish card. Can't view the Skycard statements online though... I read in another thread that Barclaycard's online services are all over the place.

Have you got another Barclaycard as well as the sky one that has been transferred?

No, this is the only card issued by Barclays that I have greenview1.
