Snackajacks prepaid card question

Can someone who has managed to use one of these (from the wishes competition earlier in the year) please tell me what to do?

So far mine has been refused in Marks and Spencers and Waitrose trying to buy Christmas bits.

They would be accepted in most supermarkets ... just like the Magnum ones from earlier in the year.... What i did with mine was take it to the customer service desk in Tesco and loaded it onto a gift card, basically because most of the till operators didn't know how to deal with them. I used the money i would have spent on groceries to buy gifts/treats.
Primark/Bonmarche/peacocks all took them.
