creating a searchable cd track list

must be having a brain dead moment.

I help a mate with a mobile disco and we have in the past had all the album info on a ms works database. we got it there by loading the cd in to itunes, then cut and pasting the list across to works.

problem now is, im on a mac, i can do the itunes bit but when i C & P the info into either excel or word, whilst i can search for a track nam,e on the mac i cannot when i have it on my mates laptop running vista or my pocket pc running mobile works.
the ideal situation would be to have it on both ppc sd card and laptop. help please

i knew it was brain dead day. ms works for a mac saves the files as ****.docx i then saved them as ms docs with the "x" removed. thats fine and they are on a laptop running vista. saved them to my sd card as word doc. now i need to know how to search on my ppc, i tried inserting the card but it wont find, do i have to sync both devices so it goes over as pocket works.

sorry for the questions but the missus is doing a turbolisting for ebay and keeps losing stuff when i nick the laptop.
