Hi,
I was wondering if you could help out (not sure if I got the right board).
To start :
1) My partner had a credit card with RBS which due to personal matters he couldnt afford to pay, this account has since defaulted and been pursued by Westcott Credit services
2) He arranged with Westcott over the telephone after going over his income and expenditure to pay £50.00 per month off this debt (he never signed anything just receive a letter regarding to arrangement)
3) my question is do you think this credit card balance could be written off under the uneforceable credit agreement and how and where do we start the ball rolling so to speak
many thanks
