Planning permission conservatory??

Hello all . We own are own home , we are thinking about having a hand made conservatory/sun room built on to the external wall at the back of our bungalow, the sizes probaly would be 3 mts out from behind the bungalow and 4 mts long . so in old money its 6 foot X 11 foot . the glass will sit on brickwork 2 foot high . Do anyone know if we need planning for that please .?

I would ring your council up, there are building regualtions also that yu have to adhere to.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
