Park homes

Not sure if this is the correct tread to ask this. I now seem to have retired early and my wife will be retiring in the next couple of years. We have a large house no kids and one idea we have is to sell it and move into a park home or mobile home type thing. This should give us money for a decent retirement I would be interested to hear from anyone who has done such a thing with any pitfalls to avoid or tips to look out for any links or reading matter useful too
Thanks
