any companies takign in user cars not within scrappage allowance?

and although officially
Mitsubishi, Nissan and Citroen offer scheme that are outside the givernment allowance
are there anymore??

Indeed, I agree, it sounds just like part exchange to me as well.
Remember that some dealers will offer you silly money for a beat up old banger, but they will have included the allowance in their inflated screen price.
There really are no " free meals " in the car trade.0 -

This is what some of these manufacturers have done under the "scrappage" scheme and yet the UK public are lapping it up! :rotfl:0 -
