DRO application advice please.
Options
Hi,
I am in the middle of filling in the forms sent by the CCCS to apply for a DRO. I have a few questions which someone might know the answers to....:j
1. My debt is £13,500 (cards and loans ) BUT I also have a 6k student loan, I know this can't be written off in the DRO, but will it take me over the 15k limit as it means I am 18k in debt....OR do student loans not even count...and should I add it on, it as it's not going to be written off?
2. An old loan has been passed on to Robinson Way Debt Collectors, who are unwilling to send me written confirmation of the debt ( I know the exact amount, reference numbers etc ). The DRO paperwork asks for recent statements from ALL creditors, would a sheet written by myself detailing the debt and all the reference numbers and details be enough? as they are being Very stubborn.
3. Not all my store card debts are on my Experian credit file, are they still going to be written off?
...any help would be appreciated!

Send Robinson Way a CCA request.. and remind them that they are breaking OFT Guidelines Section 2.2e by failing to provide information on the status of the debt when a reasonable request has been made.:D stay wonky

SLC debts must be entered on the online form but ticked as 'excluded debts' This means that they do not count towards the total qualifying debt and will not be written off at the end of the morotorium period.3. Yes, provided you get through the year with the DRO intact, the debts are written off ('discharged') at the end of the morotorium period0 -
