Tesco Entertainment online

Not to be mistaken with Tesco stores or even Tesco online which is pretty good overall.
I preordered a Blu-Ray of Terminator Quadrilogy a month ago after spending 40 minutes through their checkout process (their site was extremely slow and regularly crashed but others had the same problem too).
Last week I noticed that I had reached the end of my overdraft (had just paid university fees) so cancelled my order and was taken to the page stating that my order had been cancelled. 5 days later I received an e-mail from Tesco Entertainment stating that my order had been dispatched and my card charged. I called Tesco stating that I had cancelled my order but was told (by a friendly customer service person) that there was no record of any cancellation but I could send it back. I asked if my postage would be refunded and he said I should discuss it with someone else.
Worth noting by the way is that their site kept crashing to the point that I made that phone call rather than e-mailing them.
Today I received two items:
1. A letter from my bank stating the Tesco Entertainment order had gone beyond my overdraft limit and so I would be charged an extra £8.00
2. The order itself. Which WASN'T Terminator Quadrilogy but was Terminator Salvation. I called Tesco Entertainment and this person not only flat-out refused that any cancellation had been done by me (despite the aforementioned technical glitches that are still occuring now) ((though later stated that maybe I had cancelled but the process hadn't completed when they had shipped - despite there being a 5 day difference between the two)) but wants me to pay to send the item back, even if it is the WRONG ITEM.
I will never use them again.
