Where to send letters to intially for timely responses - numerous CC's

Hi,

Sorry to be a pain, and yes before someone points it out I have looked through various threads.

As there is no "sticky" and numerous addresses are being posted around with varying success, can anyone point me or be so kind as to let me know the correspondance addresses for the following card companies to file a reclaim:

MBNA
Barclaycard
Abbey
Capital One
Co-Operative

Many thanks in advance.

Isn't there a correspondence address on the statements you have from each company?

Yes, there is, but in past experience of dealing with a bank charge reclaim - I was advised my letter was sent to the wrong department!!

Probably a delay tactic at the time and it has since been resolved, but I know generic customer services often are not the main "internal" sections that often deal with these types of issues, hence my post, for example I have seen 2-3 different addresses for Capital One on numerous threads and none relate to the correspondance address on my statement so really a case of what has worked in generating a positive reponse from forum members opinions.

    Thanks
  • No one..???? or am I sending to the address on rear of statements?
