Does anyone else meal plan for a whole month?

Loosely but I tighten it up on a weekly basis to account for left overs/nights we've not eaten/ things that need used before they get toxic etc

Mild drizzle here, although im one of the few in this country that doesnt mind the rain, as my hobby is kayaking :D

This weekend, i vowed to (in no uncertain terms) 'pull my finger out' and get stuff done.
SO.. yesterday i got the ironing done (probly about 3/4's of all the clothes i own), made tha bathroom freaking sparkle, and maanaged to complete a computer game that ive been eager to do! (never said that the stuff that needed doing wasn't fun related ;) )

Today, so far, ive cleared of my set of shelves, and packed 1 box full of random stuff, and another of my pratchett books.. ready for the charity shop/my mate, whichever wants them!
Gotta help coach in a swimming pool later (kayking), but hopefully before that i'll disassemble the shelves, filter my clothes for the charity shop, take all the stuff outta my bedside cabiniet and disassemble that, and tomorrow, gonna list them in the local paper!

Thanks Luc, finding it very hard to think of that many meals, and I am repeating most of them! So how much really do you all spend on your weekly shop against how much you budget?? Come on own up
