Barclays to halifax instant transfer??

Can anyone tell me if the instant timescale has changed for barclays to halifax transfers. I always transfer to halifax and its always been instantly available.
Tonight however it has been immediatley taken form my barclays, But hasnt shown up in halifax?? Anyone know if they have changed it?
