Shop direct t.v?

I purchased a tv feb '08 on buy now pay feb '09 total £999 + £433 interest @ £60 per month paid £600 + t.v is 20 months old and breaking down i finish paying for the item feb '11 but will have contacted manufacturer for advice and they said cant help shop direct are stonewalling me can anyone advise?
