I always add money and vouchers I receive - its something you did something nice to earn. Being a good daughter for example earned you £20 ;)

    Hi Folks,

I have a BB question if someone can please help. I won £13 yesterday and made a withdrawal request. I am still showing £13 in my account and when I went to play my bonus today the money came off my cash! How can I continue playing without losing any more?

    Thanks in advance

The minimum you can withdraw is £20 I thought so you'd need to deposit £10 and then withdraw £23.
