well, went to the bank yesterday and was in there for 1 hour 30 minutes trying to find out where my money was. Bangkok bank in London were closed for some reason - no idea why.
Payment went in today though straight away after Natwest hounded Bangkok bank by email/phone for me.
I'll be looking for that £27 back though please,

Could it be that in certain countries they have different national holidays to our own - some may offer the same date to their british staff.0
