Pretty sure i seen something yesterday along these lines allready made up in B+Q, of course may not be the cheapest but perhaps a reserve online thru a cash back site may lower the cost.

Have a look around local garden centres, some may have reduced prices on seeds as they clear space for Christmas, a lot have gone already but you could strike lucky

There are websites that cater small packets maybe MOREVEG could be the of use - Mini people - mini plants salad and annual flowers .

Have a look at Allotments4all. There is a swop section on there but people will send a few seeds FOC if you explain what it is for and send
SAEs.
