Hello,please can anyone tell me how inividual budgets work in practice? It is all new to me. I'll have an assessment soon from my social worker services. She mentioned to me over the phone the possibility of Direct Payments or Individual Budgets? I would like to hear from someone who's been through the system? Thanks.
