Opened up a bond a few wks ago with ns&i .Was gonna do another BUT Now the 1yr bond is KAPUT! No MORE!

Julian Hodge bank (they are OK) - are doing 3.55% (just dropped from 3.7%) or you could try LLoyds Vantage which on £3000 will pay you 3% if you can put £1000 through each month, (4% if you can build it up to £5000) and gives you easy access if another good rate pops up
(but check out Moneyfacts or Moneysupermarket for best 1 year fixes as there have been a few changes today)0 -
