If you use the Buy it now feature but afterwards think wrong move, can you get out of the sale ?

Thanks

No, unless you don't mind a strike on your account and the possibility of the seller leaving you negative feedback. It is the same as placing a bid on an item. You enter into a contract with the seller upon clicking Buy It Now.

Like razorbladekisses says when the bIN was done you agreed to purchase the item.

The auction can not now be cancelled and the seller can put a strike on your account and leave you a neg if you don't complete. If you are still worried Pay by paypal and back it up by a credit card.

why not simply tell the seller that you made a mistake, and offer to pay his fees for the item

you're happy as you haven't paid loads, they're happy also as it hasn't cost 'em anything (other than a little time)
